Community Leaders

Cordish partners with local government agencies and community development groups to provide advice and oversight on issues such as local hiring plans, job fairs and training and civic event planning, as well as community stakeholders nationwide to advise on best practices to help the Company meet its ambitious goals in diversity and inclusivity. Advisory Committee members include NAACP, Urban League, Urban League Young Professionals, African American Business Alliance, and numerous minority business associations. Utilizing local, minority- and women-owned businesses during the construction of our developments is part of Cordish’s corporate culture.
